Amati-Denak and Strunal CZ are two internationally respected musical instrument manufacturing companies that distributes their products worldwide.

Initially these companies had set up an independent office in the United States to distribute to this market, but found that after many years that maintaining a remote office and directly hiring management was cumbersome and not profitable.

Quantarex partnered with these companies to help streamline their business in the US market. We completely restructured their physical inventory and reconciled financial data. In order to boost profits, our team partnered with industry veterans, outsourced logistics and provided focused wholesale and retail sales support.

We became an extension of their team where they no longer had to carry the burden of running an office that they do not come to everyday.
