PSJ Invest is major European real estate development firm.

They decided to seek an opportunity to change the Central European real estate market by participating in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Program (LEED). LEED is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods by the US Green Building Council.

Quantarex partnered with Albanese Organization, a US pioneer in green real estate development, to provide technical expertise and technologies to the firm. This resulted in the successful development of Main Point Karlin in Prague. As a matter of fact, the building is LEED Platinum and has received the MIPIM Award for “Best Office and Business Development”.
